Wastewater Treatment & Recycling

STP/ETP design-build that turns effluent into compliance and reuse.

Sewage and effluent treatment plants with recycling — CPCB/SPCB-compliant systems that convert wastewater into reusable water.

Discharge norms are tightening and water costs are rising — treatment and reuse now pay twice. We design and build STP/ETP systems sized to your load and consent conditions, with recycling streams for flushing, gardening, cooling, and process make-up wherever quality permits.

Our approach is operability-first: technologies chosen for your operator reality, not brochure appeal; instrumentation that makes compliance visible; and O&M support so the plant meets its outlet numbers every month, not just at commissioning.

What we deliver

How we work

  1. Load & Consent Analysis — Flow, characteristics, and your consent parameters define the treatment train — no over- or under-design.
  2. Process & Layout Engineering — Technology selection, hydraulic design, and a layout that fits your site and operator access.
  3. Construction & Commissioning — Civil, mechanical, and electrical execution; biomass stabilisation; performance demonstration at outlet.
  4. Operation Support — Operator training, log formats, and optional O&M so outlet quality holds every month.

Frequently asked questions

STP or ETP — what do we need?

STPs treat domestic sewage; ETPs treat industrial effluent whose characteristics depend on your process. Many sites need both, or a combined scheme — the load analysis settles it.

Can treated water really be reused?

Yes — flushing, horticulture, and cooling-tower make-up are common reuse streams. We design the polishing stage to the quality your reuse demands.

Can you fix an existing underperforming plant?

Often. We audit the existing train, identify the failing stage, and propose a revamp — frequently far cheaper than a new plant.
